New insurance comes through!

Benni ate an entire tennis ball while I chased her around the park. It was of course a weekend so Urgent Care. When the vet asked about x-rays, emetics etc., I trusted my new Healthy Paws (untried at the time), Insurance and said to do what was best for Benni. The insurance was paid as promised when I signed up, in a few weeks, and my dog was inquired about by Healthy Paws. I'm very pleased at this point with the no hassle, just as expected, reimbursement.

Excellent insurance company

Healthy Paws has been great! I have submitted several claims over the past couple of years for my dog and they have been very responsive and have followed up to see how my dog was feeling. The reimbursements have always been fair and processed very quickly.

Easy claim process and great customer service

My dog recently got very ill with HGE and had to be hospitalized. Luckily he made a full recovery, but the vet bills were in the thousands. I filed my first claim with Healthy Paws and was surprised at how easy it was. The form is very simple and reimbursement was quick. Plus, when I emailed with questions, I always received a prompt response from a real person who seemed to genuinely care about the health of my dog. Overall, I am very pleased and so glad I had insurance, so I could focus on getting my dog well and not worry about cost.

Healthy Pets; piece of mind for a small price.

I had my Chihuahua/Pomeranian, Pancake for a couple years. I started looking for insurance on him after seeing a friend almost not be able to afford to have her pet taken care of after an accident. After doing my research, I chose Healthy Pets. They have been wonderful. A few weeks ago, Pancake developed bladder stones which required surgery. He had great doctors who filled out the insurance forms and faxed them for me. It was filed the day before Thanksgiving and I received the reimbursement check the following Monday. I was amazed at the service being reimbursed in less than a week after my furbaby's surgery when it was a holiday week. After that, I received an email from Healthy Paws to check on how Pancake was doing after surgery! Now that is service!!! I am glad I chose Healthy Paws.

Healthy Paws Really Is Different...

I had insured my two dogs and kitty cat with other providers but I usually found that, after paying premiums for years, when it came time to use the insurance policy, the reimbursement process often was laborious and, in many cases, the company would not cover a cost which seemed to have been included. Plus these companies would try to get out of paying for care once the policy renewed by then classifying it as a "pre-condition." My experience with Healthy Paws has been completely different. The company has kept its word on its advertised promises and has handled all of my claims very expeditiously. I have been impressed by the company's ethic and how it has helped taken care of my furry family members. The only minor problem I had was with some files sent by our veterinarians to Healthy Paws but this was eventually resolved to everyone's satisfaction. Overall I have been very impressed with Healthy Paws and would recommend the company over any other pet insurance plan with which I am familiar.
