Could not be happier!

Our poor dog had a slipped disc that was so bad it bruised his spine. Healthy Paws reimbursed me for this whopper of a bill for his surgery in a very timely manner and without hassle. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an awesome pet insurance company!

Fantastic

Healthy Paws is the best for insurance! I had my dog with another insurance and I didn't receive half as much money as Healthy Paws reimburses. The staff is also very caring for my dog.

What a relief

I got Healthy Paws insurance for my current cat, Ginger. My previous cat, Shadow, didn't have insurance and I wound up having to take out a loan to pay for his health care. I knew better this time around - I'd rather make known monthly payments, and get something back, than sudden unexpected large ones. Ginger was a rescue off the street and it turns out she's 'a delicate flower'. In addition to some serious issues including surgery she's being treated for severe allergies. Thanks to Healthy Paws I can afford her immunotheraphy and medications to support the injections. I've always received my reimbursement (the actual check) within a week. Its nice that Healthy Paws checks back with you to ask how your pet is doing, too.

Best dog "accessory" you can buy

I was really skeptical about pet insurance - that 1. our dog's visits to the vet would be covered (he'd have enough issues to make it worthwhile (and that they'd be the covered type of incident)) and 2. it would be easy to get money (especially when you're paying out of pocket and being reimbursed) I was pleasantly surprised that 1. not only are the premiums worth it, but that they really do cover everything that is non-preventative. And 2. it was super easy to file the claim (I printed out and brought the form to the vet and they faxed it in for me) and they keep you notified via email as they are processing it. Seriously, paying the premiums is the best "accessory" you can buy - I spend way more on chew toys that don't last a month! I also want to add, I wasn't sure if we should bring him into the vet initially - but knowing we were covered by insurance made the decision much easier, and it's nice to have that peace of mind!

Healthy Paws is outstanding

We have Healthy Paws for our Basset Hound Charley. The premium is very reasonable and claims are processed promptly. Charley became ill with pancreatitis last week, and he saw his vet on Thursday and Friday. Both claims were processed by Friday afternoon, and the reimbursement is great. They sent an email this morning asking how he is doing. Happy to say he went for his final checkup this morning & all is well. We recommend Healthy Paws whenever we can. Our vet is totally impressed with our coverage. Thank you for your genuine concern and caring for our furry loved ones!
