Great Value for Peach of Mind!

Maggie, my miniature dachshund, got really sick. We really don't know what happened - we fear she may have eaten a human medication (pill) that may have been accidentally dropped on the floor. Her bloodwork showed kidney failure and she is only 2 years old. She had to have an overnight stay and get IV fluids. It took a while, but she finally got better. Last bloodwork showed everything was normal. They will check again in a month to be sure. Turned in my claims to Healty Paws and received my checks in less than 2 weeks. It was so relieving to know that I could afford to get her the care she needed because of the insurance. They have kept in touch during the entire process and checked on how Maggie was feeling. I would definitely recommend Healthy Paws Insurance.

Very impressed

Submitted my first claim recently and I am very impressed with the promptness in return and the personal attention. I also received a follow-up email to see how my dog is recovering after his surgery. I also like the fact that I get an email when my claim has been processed, which includes a link to view my claim.

Amazing A++

I love this place. People are so friendly and the customer service is excellent. The claims process is fast. They always follow up to see how your pet is doing. They actually care. I would insure every pet from this point forward and only with this company. Without their help I don't know that my puppy would be here because I could not afford the $2500 surgery when my pup got sick. So I will always be thankful to Healthy Paws. Thanks again.

Fantastic! Thank you Healthy Paws!

They were so supportive, quick turnaround with the claim, and they covered most of our pups procedure. They were so nice troughout the process...even asking how Leigha was doing.

Superior coverage ... yet affordable.

After many years with VPI, where their rate schedules neverbegan to reflect actual rates charged by vets in my city, I switched to Healthy Paws several years ago. My 12 year old Shane, a 30 lb. terrier/spaniel mix, started walking in an odd manner. X-rays showed he had herniated discs near his tailbone. A month later he had trouble getting up to walk, and was experiencing pain. Went to the top rated neurosurgeon in the county, and after mri and surgery and a bill of more than $6k, Healthy Paws came through with a check for 90%. It has been 4 weeks since the surgery and Shane is walking fine and wants to run and play like when he was younger. Could not recommend them more highly!
