Get This Insurance For Your Dog!!!!

I first learned about Healthy Paws from my Vet. I am so glad I listened to her. I love these guys. They are always eager to help. Whenever I submit a claim, in a matter of 24 hours I get an email letting me know they received the paperwork and are working on the refund. I have never gone more than 10 days without receiving a refund check from them. Everyone who works there have been nothing but professional and helpful to me. They are always concerned about my dog and how he is doing. I love them....

Excellent and timely customer service

Our 4 year old girl needed a series of tests to address implications of crystals in the urine. We are happy to say that she came through with flying colorsafter being very worried, and Healthy Paws processed the claim (initial claim made in the two plus years we have had our shih tzu and have had insurance) quickly and positively. Since the first claim requires all medical records to be submitted, we were so impressed with their service and their follow-up- they emailed to see how our girl was feeling after all of the tests! We can't say enough god things about Healthy Paws- they are first class in customer service!

So thankful!

Healthy paws was recommended by my vet and I am so thankful I took they're advice. My dog got sick with severe gastritis and had to be hospitalized for 4 days at a cost you can only imagine. I had to file 5 claims due to the different hospitals she was in as well as all the specialists she had to see. I filed my claim on a Sunday and had all 5 checks by the next Saturday. Thank you healthy Paws for making this horrible experience a little better!

Definitely recommend!

Late last summer, our 8 year old Maltese was beginning to slow down. With her vet, we decided to go conservative on the treatment, we did therapy (underwater treadmill, laser heat treatment, acupuncture). She responded well to the therapies. However, over the winter, she seemed to have more difficulties. Healthy Paws covers the cost of laser and acupuncture treatments. Since she was getting them on a regular basis, her pain was under control. Finally, last week, she underwent Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy. Healthy Paws paid 80%. My portion was a manageable amount. Yes, there is a recurring deductible (annually) but the fact that alternative therapies are covered; the speed at which claims are processed, and the great customer service makes it a 10!
