Outstanding Experience

I had an outstanding experience with Healthy Paws during a most difficult time. My dog was only 3 1/2 years old and I had just rescued him in May 2014. He suddenly became ill with what we believe was an auto immune disease. The bills totaled near $6000 and in the end Reggie did not pull through. It was devastating. Healthy Paws not only covered everything as promised they were very kind, helpful and quick with the claims. I also received a sympathy card in the mail from them with hand written messages from their staff members. It was very touching. Healthy Paws made a very difficult situation much easier to handle in the end with their outstanding business practices and compassion. I can not recommend them enough. I will certainly be enrolling my next pup with Healthy Paws.

Consistently Great

There is a reason Healthy Paws is rated #1. They are dependable and trustworthy. They come through quickly with claim reimbursement. Plus they are nice to talk to on the phone. Claim filing is simple and easy. I highly recommend them.

Healthy Paws is responsive and caring.

My 2-year-old cat ate the ears off a stuffed bear resulting in the need for emergency surgery to remove the offensive object that got lodged at the opening of his small intestine. After imaging tests at my own vet he was sent to the emergency clinic to see the surgeon, who concurred that he required a surgical procedure to remove the blockage, or he would certainly die. The surgery was performed that evening and Rolo is recovering very nicely. He had a 2x1x1/4" piece of rotting fabric removed from his intestine. He required overnight hospitalization and medication to aid his healing. Healthy Paws responded immediately to my claim submission, provided reimbursement quickly, and were compassionate in their communications regarding Rolo's recovery.

Wonderful!

Our Frenchie had to have emergency foreign body removal surgery and the ease of submitting invoices to get reimbursed couldn't have been any easier! Instead of worrying about insurance coverage, we worried about our pet. Every time we submit a claim, which is a lot of you know French Bulldogs, our claim is processed in less than a week! We been extremely pleased with Healthy Paws! Thank you!

Very happy with first claim filing

Mabel needed to have 3 tumors removed and I was concerned both about her well being and dealing with filing the claim, this being the first time I have had insurance for my dog. The people who helped me could not have been nicer or more concerned for Mabel, even emailing me just to check on her. Mabel came through her surgery very well and I was reimbursed at the full rate of my plan within two weeks. Thumbs up from me and paws up from Mabel. :-)
