Quick response time and payout.
My pug was 11-months-old and needed stenotic nares repaired, as well as, elongated palate repair during his neutering. Because the policy was in effect -before- any diagnosis of stenotic nares or elongated palate, Healthy Paws covered all of the surgery expenses and medication. Since they don't cover general vet fees or neutering, I only paid for that and my deductible. Huge financial burden lifted thanks to Healthy Paws Pet Insurance.
