Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I have only been insured for about a month. I have an extremely healthy 4 year old Boxer. About 10 days ago she was bitten by a Mojave rattlesnake and nearly died! She was in the veterinary hospital ICU and received very expensive antivenin. The total bill was nearly $2,500. She is now out of the woods and should make a fully recovery. I submitted the vet bills to Healthy Paws last Friday and got an email on Monday indicating my claims were approved and checks were being sent to reimburse me - EXACTLY AS THEY PROMISED! What an amazing pet health insurance company. In fact, it is the best insurance company of any kind with whom I have ever dealt.

Our 3 year old mastiff rescue injured her ACL and required surgery. I forwarded all the medical records and invoices to Healthy Paws. Within 10 days or so, we had our reimbursement check. The premium is very affordable and processing claims is so easy, no questions asked! Not only that, but the turn around rate for processing claims is amazingly fast!I currently have two young chocolate labs (1 and 2 years old). Very happy to have Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for Sterling. It has helped financially and most importantly with his treatment to remove the clear cell apocrine ductular carcinoma on his left lateral thigh. He has recovered nicely from the surgery and we are hopeful that this excision will take care of any future tumors. Winston was diagnosed with CCL tears in both his hind legs. He would need bilateral TPLO surgery. I was very nervous when submitting my claim as I assumed it would be a fight to get a reimbursement. To my delight, the claim was submitted by me on a Saturday and by Monday, I received confirmation that the claim was approved and would be reimbursed in full as per my plan ($500 deductible and 90% reimbursement). By Friday of the same week, I received the reimbursement check! I can't tell you how pleased I am with this company. I have had other animals covered by other competing companies and have never had this level of service or reimbursement. There was not hassle and I highly recommend them to all of my pet loving friends and family.
