Great customer service, very affordable
Besides the fact that Healthy Paws has helped us save thousands of dollars on health care for our cats, they have given us the confidence to approve every medical procedure recommended by the vet. We have never had to worry about the cost, only what's best for our pets. Their customer service is also exceptional -- much better than our own insurance company! Everyone is very helpful, claims are easy to file online, and reimbursements are sent promptly. Customer questions are always answered personally with great courtesy. We will continue to insure every pet we ever have with Healthy Paws.

We’re sorry you were not satisfied with your plan. We do our best to be transparent throughout our website, during the enrollment process and in the plan documents available to each client in their online Healthy Paws account regarding the limited exclusions of our plan. Those exclusions are pre-existing conditions, preventative/routine care and the office visit fee (vet exam, emergency exam, recheck or consultation). Anyone visiting our website can see this information on our “Benefits, Coverage and Exclusions” page. Since the majority of your claims fell into one of the above categories, we could not provide coverage.
