Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

My dog got bitten by a venomous snake and the emergency treatment was expensive. Not only did Health Paws review and approve the claim WITHIN A DAY and without any quibbling about the cost of treatment, but they also send me a follow up email to ask if my dog was okay. She was.(P.S. This is not the first claim I've had, and every experience has been the same.) If Healthy Paws had health insurance for people, I would buy it in a heartbeat.

The customer service is outstanding. Every time you call, you reach a real, live person immediately. The ability to take a picture of your claim and submit it on your smart phone is the most brilliant and easy claim process. After our sweet puppy had surgery, (to which Healthy Paws covered 90%), we received an email from Healthy Paws checking on how Lulu was recovering. My husband and I wish the United States Healthcare system was as compassionate and user-friendly as Healthy Paws.

After much research I decided to go with Healthy Paws for a few reasons:Reasonable premiums Healthy Paws company is financially healthy No fine print in the contract, very simple 90% coverage available with 100.00 deductible My two claims were processed immediately with no quibbling about coverage terms and limits. Love that! I could say a lot more good things but I'm out of space to type.

We are beyond pleased and thankful for the extensive coverage and superior customer service Healthy Paws has provided for our dog, Remington. When Remington injured his knee and needed major surgery, Healthy Paws made it possible for him to receive the best possible medical care available. Claims were filed with just a click of a button and our reimbursement checks were in the mail within a week! On top of this, Healthy Paws checked in throughout Remington's recovery to send him hugs and see how he was doing. Healthy paws has been 100% reliable and amazingly easy to work with since the day we signed up. We rescued our puppy Remy about eight months ago and since then she has had multiple trips to the er. She seems to get everything that goes around, i.e. Giardia, canine influenza, as well as the usual Labrador puppy chewing and digesting toys. Thanks to healthy paws we are always able to get her the best possible care and she is now a happy healthy one year old. They are very responsive and attentive to Remy's health concerns and they even emailed me to check up on remy after our latest visit to the er. The healthy paws app is super easy and convenient. I just take a picture of the vet bill and submit it. They always process my claims within two days and send a check right away. The policies are very easy to understand and there are no surprises. The refund is always what I expect it to be. I really can't say enough good things about healthy paws. For an insurance company they seem to go above and beyond. I definitely recommend them to all dog owners.
