Healthy Paws to the Rescue!

Our eldest dog (2 years old) was chewing on an antler and cracked her tooth straight down to the root. Because it was so badly damaged, our vet advised us that it was a dead tooth since the crack struck the nerve and it would need to come out. With that was an almost $1000 bill! Eek! We have been with Healthy Paws since our pup was little and had never had to submit much to insurance. We were worried that some part of the procedure wouldn't be covered or it would be a fight to have to get it reimbursed. Our pup had the procedure. I submitted the claim form and in less than 10 days, I had a confirmation that it was received, a clear statement of what was covered (all of it minus my deductible) and notice that a check was on the way!!! AMAZING customer service and such a seamless and quick process - I could not have picked a better pet insurance company! Not only was it so easy, a rep from the company checked in on our pup after submitting the claim to see how she was doing! Nice personal touch in the age of transactions. :) I would recommend Healthy Paws to every one! SO happy we chose them!

I wish they insured people

Healthy Paws has been a lifesaver! I have a frenchie who is pretty much allergic to the world and I am so thankful that I have Healthy Paws because I've been able to take my puppy to the vet and get him the best treatments without having to worry about the costs. My puppy is only 15 months old and he's already had hernia surgery (they did this when he got neutered but Healthy Paws doesn't cover neutering), he was bit in the face at boarding school and broke out in hives from what I thought was an allergic reaction to the medicine they gave him...then I got an allergy test for him and he turned out be highly allergic to almost all protein (beef, chicken, turkey, pork, soybeans, rabbit, duck, etc.) and he has a lot of environmental allergies (different types of grass, trees, ants, etc.) so, I'm giving him allergy injections and he gets allergy medication. These vet bills have easily been a few thousand dollars but Healthy Paws covered all (except neutering) and it's so easy especially now that there's a phone app. i just take a photo and submit the bill for reimbursement. I'm always reimbursed within a few days AND I've actually had them contact me to ensure I received the check because I didn't deposit it right away. If I had to pay for all of this without Healthy Paws I don't know how I would have afforded all of this...I tell everyone i know to get Healthy Paws because it's just so easy and they really care. I wish they covered people because this is hands down the best insurance company.

Very happy with the service

I only wish people insurance were this easy. From the app to the customer service I can't say enough about Healthy Paws. They lived up to their end of the bargain and everything went through very quickly.

Healthy paws pet insurance A-1 Plus

My Pit-bull Bronx tore his ACL and Healthy Paws was great then after about a year he was having trouble jumping and we thought it was his hips I called Healthy paws and they said no problem I tried supplements and held off for awhile but we needed to take him to the Vet. The good news was it wasn't his hip the bad news was he tore his other ACL. so the next day he was in surgery. Healthy paws came thru again. Bronx is still recovering and hasn't had his x-ray yet put his bill is paid an he shows no signs of pain Thank You Healthy Paws I would highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet INS.

Best Insurance in the Business!

Healthy Paws is outstanding in every way. I enrolled my two dogs with them and could not be more pleased with the coverage and customer service. My one and a half year old mix, Charlie, recently had an umbilical hernia. While almost every other pet insurance plan out there would not cover it as it is considered a congenital or hereditary defect, my plan with Healthy Paws covered it. Not only was it covered, but I received payment within a week. The experience of submitting the claim was extremely easy and efficient, and the customer service afforded me was outstanding. From alerts through my mobile Healthy Paws app to emails when the claim was received and processed, I was kept abreast of the status ever step of the way. Even more importantly, the genuine concern expressed by various representatives, inquiring on how Charlie's procedure went and expressing well wishes for his recovery, touched me deeply. It is very reassuring to know that Charlie's is in such good hands with Healthy Paws. I absolutely recommend Healthy Paws to anyone who treasures their pets and wants the best coverage out there.
