I'm so thankful I have Healthy Paws

I have pet insurance for 3 dogs and it costs about $120 a month. After the first month each dog had a reason for a big vet bill. I met the deductible for each dog and began getting reimbursements back without hassle and really fast. I love the app to file claims. I got this insurance just in time. One of my dogs wound up with a mast cell tumor and I wasn't afraid to get bloodwork, biopsies, ultrasounds, and X-rays knowing that I would be covered. About a month later the same dog tore her ACL and meniscus. She needed a $3,000 surgery and I was reimbursed 90% of that. I'm so thankful I have Healthy Paws. I'm sure I'll have plenty of claims in the future with 3 dogs getting older and I can rest easy knowing I can give them care.

Thank God for Healthy Paws Pet Insurance

Our Lab, Maggie was recently diagnosed with osteosarcoma (bone cancer). Our vet recommended an advanced radiation therapy and even though it was quite expensive, it would give her the best chance for longer life with us. The Healthy Paws team was great in working with us to verify the coverage and even offered to work directly with our vet so we wouldn't incur out of pocket expenses. The team was great, empathetic to us and concerned for our sick girl. Even though Maggie is a senior (11) the coverage has been great, they didn't question anything we've submitted and turned around the approval process for the largest invoice within the same day. The online submission process is great - if they need more info, they contact my vet directly. Made dealing with Maggie's illness so much easier as I didn't have to worry about this aspect of it at all. They sure provide much better service than my human insurance company!

Fantastic! Humans should have such good insurance

Not only have they paid each claim, but they did so quickly and with kindness and ease. Our Goldendoodle needed major surgery in his shoulder. They were so supportive of physical therapy ( a less invasive approach) at first and when surgery was needed they were there for us. Not only monetarily, but they contacted us to see how he was doing post op and told us to be sure and give him hugs!! WOW

Absolutely the BEST!

When we added our brindle boxer to our family, we researched different pet insurance providers. After receiving quotes and reading reviews on different providers, we selected Healthy Paws and are extremely glad we did. One week after being spay, we found a lesion on our puppy’s chest. The doctor examined the lesion and recommended immediate removal and a biopsy to ensure it was not a cancerous growth. The surgery was performed on Saturday, 01 August and I filed my claim paperwork on Thursday, 06 August after collecting her medical record from the veterinarian. The claim was completed on Friday, 07 August and I received a check on Monday, 10 August, just 4 days after filing the claim; that is service!!! On Sunday, 16 August I received an email from Health Paws saying: “Hi Michael, We were wondering how Sontina Angelique is recovering from her growth removal surgery? We’re sorry to hear she had to go through that and send wishes for a quick recovery! Please send a quick email letting us know how she’s feeling and give her a great big hug from us tonight! Sincerely, Tim Weiss Claws & Paws Protector Healthy Paws Pet Insurance & Foundation” We certainly could not be happier with our choice of provider and would certainly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone considering pet insurance for their family member.
