Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

My husband and I wanted a French bulldog for so long and when we finally got our Ruby we knew due to Frenchies being prone to various health problems that we needed good insurance. Healthy Paws has been wonderful to us. Their mobile claim submission process is so quick and easy (all you have to do is take a picture of your bill and press submit). Their processing time is extremely quick. When Ruby needed major knee surgery they approved her claim within hours! We also appreciate Healthy Paws' great customer service. Any time we've called they've answered the phone and have been very friendly and helpful. They even emailed us asking how Ruby was coming along after her surgery!

CJ, my English Cream Golden Retriever (almost 2 years) was dealing with diarrhea, losing weight, stomach pain and once in a while vomiting. My vet had a suspicion that CJ has IBD. To be sure CJ needed an intestinal biopsy which is the only way to find out IBD. It hurts to see your pet in pain and I wanted him to get the right treatment, so he can have fun again. Healthy Paws gave me such great support. Whenever I called they were friendly kind and very helpful. My claim was processed within a week and the greatest was when I received an e-mail from Healthy Paws where I was asked how CJ is feeling. The HealthyPaws team is absolutely great! They are quick to process claims and if I ever have a question on a policy or claim they are insanely quick to get back and respond. My wife and I have had several issues with our young Dalmatian and we have nothing be great things to say about HealthyPaws and their team. Worth every penny and their plan has allowed us to keep our little guy healthy and himself time after time!

My Girl Dixie developed some pretty severe gastro intestinal issues and has been in and out of the vets almost every week for the past six months. HealthyPaws has been there all along the way - never questioned or denied a claim and I've had a ton so far. They have processed the claims quickly and efficiently and the customer service I received on the phone was excellent. Working with her vets she is now on treatment plan that will hopefully stop all the issues. It will be a few months before we can say we are out of the woods and I'm so glad I got the HealthyPaws insurance. I couldn't have afforded the quality of care my girl deserves without them. I really can't say enough about them. They even send emails checking on my girl to see how she is progressing. I will be with them for as long as my little Dixie needs them.
