Excellent customer service, they went above and beyond to check on our dog. They responded to all our questions quickly, along with completing our claim quickly. Our 1year 3mth old Bassett Hound got bloat. He needed emergency surgery and tonstay a few days in the emergency vet. Dreading the vet bills we were reassured with Healthy Paws. They made filling our claim easy and quick. Their customer service team went above and beyond to check on our dog, not just send a blanket email. We have had two other dogs with major medical problems but we didn't have insurance. This time we got it hoping never to have to use it, well we did. It was very reassuring know that we could afford to care for our dog.
