Superlative in ever way.

When our dog became extremely ill and was rushed to the pet hospital with severe pancreatitis ,I notified Healthy Paws immediately. They informed me how to make the claim . I subsequently called them a few times during his 4 day stay on his progress or lack of .Healthy Paws "walked me" through what I needed to make the claim process as easy as possible. Moreover, they were genuinely concerned as to our dog's health and continue to inquire about it after he has been home and on a solid path to recovery. Sperlative in every way !

Best Experience ever

A week ago we went to hell and back with our sick little girl Zadie. It was an absolutely horrifying experience for us, but I cannot thank you enough for having our backs Healthy Paws. It was so wonderful to know we could just focus on her health and getting her better and not worry about the costs involved. So impressed with your efficiency and tech knowhow when it came to dealing with the finances. I wish the HUMAN health insurance world was as amazing as you.

Happy Dog - Happy Pet Parents.

We adopted Charlie on Christmas Day after fostering him for a week. Being 3.5 years old we didn't know his history but knew he had been in and out of the shelter a few times over his life. I thought to get pet insurance because my girlfriends pitt had just cost her $3,000 in a tummy operation to remove a small dog sized tennis ball. I narrowed it down to a few different companies but the app sold me with Healthy Paws. I literally just take a photo of the vet bill, they get ahold of the vet for more information (I had to do connect them the first time but now it seems to be all smoothed out), and they print the cheques and send them in the mail. Downsides are they don't pay the vet fee, for us was $50 the first time and $29 for follow ups. But my coverage is 90 percent, with a $200 annual deductible and I only pay $31 a month. I'm lucky I got this because shortly after the 15 day waiting period Charlie started throwing up 3x a day. Turns out he ate a toy and what do you know, $4,000 later... Thankfully we get 90% back and we couldn't have afforded that without Healthy Paws!

Great experience and fast reimbursement

My dog, in the past six months, has needed two surgeries that cot almost $4000 each. Healthy Paws has been helpful, speedy, and easy to deal with. I was prepared to fight for reimbursement, but it's all been very smooth and automatic. Knowing there's no lifetime limit on benefits and that 90% of my expenses will always be reimbursed is a huge weight off of my shoulders. I can't speak more highly of Healthy Paws. Highly recommended.

Excellent Pet Insurance

I have both my golden retrievers on the insurance. My puppy Séamus I put on at 8 weeks old! My older dog I put on this insurance at 6 yrs old after having terrible experiences with VPI. He's now 11 but he got cancer at 9. They paid all my treatment for him when he had cancer: Surgeries, radiation therapy, followup treatment with his oncologist & physical therapy for over the past 5 years which would have cost me over 20k without Healthy Paws insurance. Never questioned a claim. Pays promptly. Can't say enough good things about them. Comfort in knowing they are here for us.
