LOVE YOU HEALTHY PAWS!

I love this company. I have personally talked with the CEO, Rob, and he really cares about animals and his customers. The claim reimbursement is fast, customer service is friendly, and to make things even better--there is no cap of annual reimbursements (unlike all other pet insurance companies) and the premium does not go up much at all (about two dollars for me after one year) based on amount of claim reimbursement requests. As a law student, I need peace of mind that my sweet baby, Malachi, is taken care of to the best of my ability. What Healthy Paws does for me is allows me to pay a low monthly fee to guarantee I can afford treatment and not forgo treatment based on expenses. Even once I transition from law school to full-time employment, it is worth keeping this insurance. Thank you Rob for being the founder of such a wonderful company...Love my Healthy Paws team and service!

Healthy Paws all the way!

Last month my dog started limping. What I thought was a sore pad turned out to be a much larger problem. Jayde is slowly recovering and all thanks to healthy paws! I never planned on my dog tearing her ACL and needing a $3000 surgery but I was able to do it without hesitation because of pet insurance! I am so happy with the coverage and the speed at which my claim was processed and reimbursed!

We love Healthy Paws!

We have a 4.5 year-old Labrador retriever. She chases the ball like a maniac. When another friend's dog had to have surgery and I heard how expensive it was, I thought about pet insurance. They had Healthy Paws and she raved about how well she had been treated (i.e., claims paid without any argument). So we looked into different options and decided to enroll with Healthy Paws. Nine months after enrolling our dog tore her cruciate ligament (ACL for humans) and had to have surgery. A week and a half after I submitted the claim I got an email that a check was on it's way to me. I was amazed! And so grateful. They even emailed a few days later to see how our dog was doing. I'll never be without them!

The Best!

We signed up for Healthy Paws Insurance when we brought our labradoodle puppy home. When he stopped eating and became lethargic, our regular vet sent us to the U of MN vet hospital when he did not respond to the preliminary treatment. Blood work and imaging pointed to liver problems. The entire process was very stressful, but the financial factor was not an issue because of this insurance. The claims where easy to file and processed quickly. The payment was also sent in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this insurance, and am forever greatful that we have it!
