Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I've had Healthy Paws for 6 years now for my German Shepherd. Unfortunately she was born with Addisons which requires expensive monthly visits to the vet. She's also had many costly health issues over the years. Healthy Paws has always made it easy and fast to file claims and get reimbursed. I don't know what we would have done without their help!

Last week our dachshund developed severe IVDD and had to have emergency back surgery to remove a ruptured disc. His surgery costs us $16,151.12! We were shocked by how expensive his surgery was going to cost us. We submitted our bills to Healthy Paws the day he was released from the hospital. Within 4 days we had our reimbursement - $12,442.09! We were so relieved his policy covered close to 80% of what we spent. I have always recommended Healthy Paws to people who ask me if I have insurance, but now I am singing their praises from the rooftops!

I can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. I have been insuring my cat Skylar since 2017. They have great customer service personnel who really care about animals. They process claims in a timely manner. Recently my cat had to be in the hospital for 5 days with a medical condition. I submitted my claim on a Saturday, they processed it on Monday and I had my reimbursement through direct deposit on Tuesday. Having them in my corner helped the stress of the whole situation. They are truly the best.

Highly recommend Healthy Paws Ins. Submitting a claim is easy. Received reimbursement for claim within 5 days. Recommend direct deposit as you can receive the reimbursement earlier than 5 days. No hassle at all from them. They even check on the health of your pets.
