100% Satisfaction

One day our puppy stopped eating/drinking and started throwing up bile. Our vet took an x-ray which revealed he had three foreign objects in his stomach and intestines. Apparently he had ingested part of a sprinkler head from our backyard (crazy, I know). After emergency surgery and a hefty bill, our puppy was healthy and happy again. I quickly and easily submitted pictures of our vet bill to Healthy Paws via the mobile app, and my claim was processed immediately (I actually received an email confirmation over the weekend, believe it or not!) I have heard of pet insurance companies "splitting hairs" and not covering parts of procedures, but that was not the case with Heathy Paws. We had opted for 90% coverage, and that's exactly what we received. A few days later our reimbursement check arrived in the mail, even before our credit card bill for his surgery. Not only that, but a Healthy Paws representative emailed to see how our puppy was doing. I have been completely satisfied with the coverage, ease of use, expediency, and responsiveness of Healthy Paws and would absolutely recommend this pet insurance provider to anyone and everyone.

Thanks Healthy Paws

My dog recently had to have an abdominal exploratory surgery which was expensive! Well, I would not have been able to go through this process without the support of Healthy Paws. I would have otherwise have to had put her down. They covered everything they said they would cover. I received my reimbursement checks in a timely manner. And they seriously have the BEST customer service I have ever experienced!

Always recommend them to my friends who are looking for pet insurance.

Healthy Paws, Happy Paws

I was very nervous submitting my claim, as I have heard pet insurance horror stories first hand and via the internet and no company seems not to inspire them. My experience with Healthy Paws was (a) easy and (b) quick. I simply uploaded an invoice and past health records, and a week later I got notified they would be paying as my policy states. No nickel and diming. And they even wrote a week later to see how my dog was doing! So happy my choice of company turned out so well!

Best Decision I've made in years....

I've had healthy paws since 2011 and it was by far the best insurance decision I've made for my fur baby.My pup is incredibly active and recently tore his Cruciate ligament.... a surgery costing several thousand dollars to correct. The surgeon the vet initially recommended had a horrible bed side manner, didn't spend any time with me or my pet to explain the operation and only gave me the least expensive option. Having Healthy Paws not only help eased the financial burden of this cost, but also gave me peace of mind to choose a qualified surgeon, who's fees were slightly more expensive, but well worth it in the long run as my pup is recovering nicely and according the surgeon, AHEAD of schedule. Having Healthy Paws allowed us to choose the best available care, they processed the claims in record time and they even followed up to check on his procedure. I wouldn't have a pet without this insurance to support my fur family. A++
