I wish my own health insurance provider was as easy and pleasant to negotiate. They conduct their business with a personal touch, and that's a nice way to experience a health insurance company.

I have had Healthy Paws insurance for several years. They are the BEST. Claims are processed promptly. My dog had to have surgery last week and after I submitted the claim they sent me an email to ask how he was doing! Amazing concern and customer service.
