My baby, Rocky, recently had to have TPLO surgery and getting reimbursed for this surgery was quick and painless. They even sent a personal email asking how his recovery was going! Healthy Paws customer service is top notch and that really means something today, where good customer service is hard to find and robotic. My Golden Retriever required eye surgery to remove an eyelash that was irritating to his cornea and causing his eye to tear. This was the first claim on his policy. A customer service representative made the necessary calls to obtain his medical records. Within a week, all five claims were processed and the checks were received a few days later.
