Marianne and I love Healthy Paws

I have recommended Healthy Paws to so many people but this is first big problem my bad little doggie got into= but he was covered, All the way to $7000. And it all started with a big old piece of sausage he got his fat little paws on--I thought my big old standard poodle would be more elegant. But I found out he is just a dog disguised in all that hairy fluff and he got just as sick as my old blue heeler when he decided he loved sour cream so much he would eat the bowl. Thank you Healthy Paws because I am retired and watch my bills and with you I didn't have to stop and wonder about arrangements for my bill. And Bad Boy Barry thanks you too because after 7 days of emergency care and follow up----he is free to chase butterflies, steal part of the horses' carrots or grab a bit of lunch from my grandchildren I

Excellent Insurance and Customer Service

We strongly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. Our 2 year old lab needed TPLO surgery, which is extensive and expensive. Healthy Paws processed the claims leading up to it and after quickly and accurately. They are professional and compassionate. I have already recommended HP insurance to my friends and the bank tellers when I deposit the reimbursement checks.

Outstanding and Caring Service

I got the best news possible Wednesday evening that my dog does not have cancer! We are overjoyed! Prior to this I was faced with an incredibly difficult decision. I was told that an ultrasound revealed multiple tumors on my dogs spleen, one that was 1ft long. They told me that my dog probably had hemangiosarcoma and may not live very much longer. The high estimate for surgery to remove her spleen was almost $9,000. Along with dealing with the absolute devastation of a cancer diagnosis I was scrambling trying to figure out how I could afford surgery. Many people faced with an incredibly expensive surgery and a potential life expectancy afterwards of 3-6 months may opt for euthanasia. That thought breaks my heart for every single person that has to make that decision. It was the hardest and most painful hours of my life and having and trusting Healthy Paws was at least a small comfort in such a difficult time. I knew from previous experience that I could trust them. After things calmed down and I had my dog home from surgery I submitted the $5,700 claim along with another $400 claim from the week before. They had the claims processed in less than 24 hours which was an incredible relief. I received the checks today which is Friday. That's less than 5 business days from when I submitted it. I have never had any problems with this company. They are absolutely wonderful! Even if you don't meet your deductible for the year be happy that you A. Have a healthy pet B. Are supporting and honest company providing a wonderful service for our best friends and C. Are helping save someone else's pets life! For me less than $50/month is beyond necessary to never have to decide between surgery or euthanasia.

We love Healthy Paws! Higgins thanks you, too :-)

Healthy Paws has been amazing. We have submitted numerous claims this past year for our puppy Higgins who is now 1 year old - poor guy has had some back luck this past year. Thank goodness we got insurance!! The most recent claim was a big one - Higgins ate part of a toy and the squeaker part got lodged in his bowel. Immediate surgery was needed to remove the squeaker, then he spent 5 days in the doggy ICU, then loads of meds once he got home. All covered! Reasons why I love HP:1. Their website for submitting claims is extremely easy to use (just attach the pdf of the invoice and that's it - literally). 2. The response time for claims is very quick: we usually receive a response withing 48 hours, sometimes even quicker. We have never been asked to confirm additional information or had to contest anything. 3. The checks come in the mail within a few days of the claim being processed. 4. The entire process could not be easier. AND, the HP team sends nice emails checking on Higgins! We love Healthy Paws!!

Healthy Paws Is The Best

After a lot of research, I found Healthy Paws. Unlike almost every other pet insurance company out there, they offer unlimited annual coverage. Charlee became very ill a few weeks ago and needed hospitalization to stabilize her condition, and then a series of tests to identify what the problem was. It was a very upsetting time, and would have been very difficult financially, had I not insured her. Healthy Paws made the claims process so seamless, and the check was in the mail within a week. I can't recommend them highly enough.
