Health Paws took the stress off.

Healthy Paws made submitting a claim and redeeming benefits straightforward, hassle free and fast. The reimbursement amount was exactly what we expected based on our deductible and reimbursement level. No push back, no surprises, and a quick turnaround on the reimbursement check. We are really happy we made the investment in Happy Paws pet insurance.

Best pet insurance

Healthy Paws is the best option in the market - they are caring, fast, and incredibly helpful to process claims, especially the expensive ones! They made sure that when my dog was admitted to the hospital, that once I submitted the claim, they reached out to the doctors directly and made sure I got the reimbursement as soon as possible. I've had other insurance options, and none of them compare! Highly recommend!

Best Pet Insurance

I've had other pet insurance before, and Healthy Paws is by far the best option out there. Not only is their coverage reasonable, their customer service is the best. My dog had to be admitted to the hospital, and it was stressful, expensive, and not only did they contact the hospital and doctor for the records, they personally followed up to check on his progress. I would highly recommend this pet insurance for anyone looking!

Exceptional Pet Insurance!

I have a 2 year old Border Collie mix. She fell ill and dehydrated and refused to eat or drink. My vet ran tests and started an IV, but by afternoon, they didn't have the equipment that was needed to find out what was wrong with my dog. She was transferred to an emergency care hospital so that she could have an ultrasound and have 24 hour round the clock care. By running many tests we could eliminate several causes including blockage, so that we could avoid surgery. Between my vet clinic and the emergency services, my bill totaled over $2200. Since I had the peace of mind of Healthy Paws insurance, I was able to tell these vets to do whatever it took to save my little girl. I had chosen $250 deductible with a 90% payout. I submitted all of my bills to Healthy Paws on a Monday and by Tuesday morning they had approved it all and was sending a check out to me. Healthy Paws does not pay a regular vet exam or preventative shots. But what I really like about it, is that the deductible is for all year long and not per incident like most of the other pet insurances I checked into. The monthly premium is very reasonable, and they have fast turnaround. You must pay the vet bill up front and then they reimburse you, like all the other pet insurances. This company cares. They even sent me an email within a week of submitting my claims to inquire as to how my dog was doing, and this was not a form mail, it was personal. I responded back and they thanked me for doing so. I highly recommend this company for pet insurance. As I found out that pet bills can be as high as human bills, I will never be without this as long as I have pets. My dog is just 2, it can happen to any dog at any age. I recommend Healthy Paws to all my friends and family!

Claims processed quickly and the mobile app allows access to check claim status. The best part is that after my dog's recent surgery I received an email to see how he was doing...unheard of from an insurance company! Made me feel good to know they care!
