My first claim with Healthy Paws

I adopted Ella in 2007 and purchased insurance through another company and discovered very little was covered but thankfully I did not have any claims. Two years ago I switched to Healthy Paws (at my son's suggestion) and my poor Ella tore her ACL last month. Submitting the claim was so easy and I appreciate how quickly Ella's paperwork was processed. It is stressful to take care of an injured pet so I grateful Healthy Paws claims process is stress free. I was so impressed that I received an email from Healthy Paws inquiring after Ella and her recovery. Wow! I wish my own health insurance responded as quickly!

Great service! Prompt reimbursements!

Excellent service! My furbaby Ziggy had surgery to repair a torn ACL. I filed with Healthy Paws and a couple of days later they asked for his regular vet's records. Unfortunately by then I was out of town and didn't reply as promptly as I should have. But not to worry! Healthy Paws contacted the vet and got the required documents. Next thing I knew, I got an email telling me that all was taken care of and that I would receive a check! Yay! I totally recommend Healthy Paws.

Recommend these guys to my friends when they adopt

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Claims are handled quickly with no questions asked. The process is a piece of cake. I just snap a photo of the vet invoice with their app, hit one button, and get a check within about two weeks. They've saved me a fortune too - well over $10k just between two bladder stone surgeries and tearing his CCL in both legs. I think they've covered everything on every invoice I've submitted except for the exam fee, which I don't mind at all. Highly, highly recommended.

The best!I

I cannot recommend Healthy Paws highly enough. I adopted a dog and due to Vet miscommunication I didn't get a proper check up done on pick up (even tho at the time they said it was enough to use for insurance purposes, later they said it wasnt). So a month later my dog was diagnosed with a serious leg issue and I didn,t have the correct pre insurance exam paperwork. So Insurance wouldn't pay right? Wrong. Healthy Paws worked so hard with me to help, and ended up accepting my dog's adoption paperwork in lieu of the correct exam. And I'm not talking inconsequential sums here, I was so impressed by their absolute determination to help. I found them so helpful and the proper human face of insurance companies. I cannot imagine why anyone would Insure their pet anywhere else.
