Our St. Bernard has had several medical events in her life thus far, but we have been able to provide her with the best care possible due to her coverage. We have had to pay for ICU, UCDavis visit, medications and recently a TPLO surgery. I can not express how happy I am to have Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for my little girl. When a 3 yr old Dachshund goes from having fun in the sun, to not able to use her rear legs...you get concerned. After vet visits and then Referrals to a Neurologist, they determined our lil Kiara needed surgery and the prognosis was kinda bleak that she may not walk again. As such a young lil girl, we decided she needed that fighting chance to keep going on all fours, so to speak. I was stressing out in the office trying to figure out how to pay for the surgery and then file my claim when I decided to call and talk to a rep.
