Exceptional customer service and communication

I have had Healthy Paws for a couple years now. My experience so far has been exceptional communication and customer service. Each time a claim is submitted I get personalized email letting me know that it was received by my medical provider and a note asking me how my animal is doing. In October of this year, I experienced a devastating medial emergency with one of my cats. Louie was shot with a pellet gun and had to have a $5,000 life saving surgery. It was a relief to hear back from Healthy Paws with 1 week of the clam being submitted letting us know they were covering their 80% and a check was on it's way. I recently received a follow-up email asking me how Louie was doing. I wish my car insurance customer service was half as good as this!

Amazing Pet Insurance

We are so thankful to have Health Paws for our pet insurance. Our puppy Olive has been having a lot of digestive issues, which led to an emergency room visit and numerous vet visits. Healthy Paws has been extremely helpful through the entire process, even sending us personalized emails concerned for our dog. Thank you Health Paws!

Thank you for not giving up on my rescue Rosie.

I adopted Rosie and at the age of 18 months she tore her ACL's in both legs and needed to have TPLO surgeries. I only purchased her insurance 80 days prior to the injury and was mortified with her diagnosis. Her local vet recommended a specialty center about two hours from our home. We got there and found out the cost per leg would be about $4800.00 but unfortunately for my little girl that wasn't going to be the case. She was recovering from the first surgery when she was diagnosed with MRSP which was in her bone due to the hardware inside of her body, she was in an out of the hospital for 4 months the total expense after the first leg was approximately $11,000.00 and we still needed the other leg done. I only know that I didn't adopt Rosie to not take care of her but if it hadn't been for Healthy Paws my little girl would have had to be put down. The other leg was surgically repaired the end of September and she seems to be doing well after this surgery but the fact is it was another $4500.00 plus there will be two more follow up appointments before it's all said and done. The rescue I took in would have cost me a whooping $18,000.00 but Healthy Paws has stuck by our side the whole way reimbursing me 90% of the costs minus the exam fees. I couldn't be happier with their customer service and turn around times. My claims have all been settled and check in hand within a few short days of filing. Thanks so much for being there for us.

Thank you Healthy Paws!

My Pomeranian has had health insurance through HP for 6 or 7 years now and I've never really used the insurance much, but always kept it just in case something bad happens. Well, my little Pom, Hermes, wasn't really eating or drinking for 10 plus days and the bill was $1,151.07 which is not something I can readily afford. Thanks to HP they reimbursed $920.86! The review and reimbursement were very quick and I've since had 2 other claims that have been processed in record time. HP is the best in my opinion and I've always had great experiences with them!

Incredible seamless service!

As new pet parents, Healthy Paws has been absolutely fantastic and seamless in helping us when our 2.5 year rescued dog fell sick and had to be hospitalized in ICU for 4 days. We were worried sick and at least did not have to worry about the financial drain, THANKS to Healthy Paws. We will be lifelong customers!
