Great Customer Service
We have Healthy Paws for our current dogs and have never had any issue with claims processing or reimbursements. They are always very efficient and quick. Our lab got into a tennis ball prior to the Christmas Holiday which ended him in the vet for 2 nights. In addition to multiple xrays, IVs, blood work, and a barium flush we were extremely glad to know we were covered! Our claims were processed and the check in the mail in less than 2 weeks. They even followed up after the fact to see how Oliver was doing.
