The best pet insurance by far

Very easy to use--snap a pic of your detailed receipt and submit via Healthy Paws app. Claims processed quickly, no questions asked. Reimbursements within a week of claim being processed. Healthy Paws allows you to take care of your pets without the stress of costly bills. We have submitted a lot of claims in the past 2 months totaling nearly $9000 since our dog was diagnosed with liver cancer and have been reimbursed for all of our claims. We have been able to do what needs to provide the care he needs without worrying about the cost.

Highly recommended Healthypaws Insurance

We have had Healthypaws pet insurance for about three years. They quickly process claims and pay reimbursements right away. Our lab just had her second TPLO surgery 2/2/17 on her right knee, she had TPLO surgery on her left knee about 14 months ago. Healthypaws was a amazing and saved us a ton of money - approximately $6,000 total. We love Healthypaws and recommend it to our family and friends.

The best!

I could not be more pleased with Healthy Paws. I feel so lucky to have found them. They covered my dog's ACL surgery even though the injury occurred approximately two months after obtaining the insurance. Granted, the injury did legitimately occur after obtaining the insurance, but given the short time frame I was afraid they might try to find a way to get out of paying. They did no such thing. On the contrary, they paid the claims quickly and even followed up inquiring as to our dog's health and recovery. I could not recommend them more.

We highly recommended Healthypaws insurance.

Our three year old lab had TPLO on her left knee about 14 months ago. Healthypaws covered the surgery, 80%, paid the claim timely, no hassle. Well, she just had TPLO surgery on her right knee. Same great service from Healthypaws. Claim processed quickly and reimbursement check received right away.

Monthly Cost

$15 – $80, depending on breed, zip code, age of pet and choice of deductible and co-pay.

Coverage

One plan covers accidents, illnesses, cancer, emergency care, genetic conditions, alternative care and more. You can choose a co-pay of 10%, 20%, 30% or 40%. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

No per incident, annual or lifetime pay-out limit.

Deductible

You can choose an annual deductible of $250, $500 or $750* *Choice depends on age of the pet

Age Limits

Pets must be at least 8 weeks old and under 14 years old at time of enrollment. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

Coverage begins 15 days after your policy starts. There is a 12-month waiting period for hip dysplasia claims.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered, however hip dysplasia is only covered in pets who enroll before they are 6 years old.
