Enables pet parents to seek the best care possible

Recently my dog suffered a compressed disc while playing with his buddy. After a month of intense down time prescribed by his neurologist he suffered complications with a stagnate GI track.Through all the x-rays, MRI, hospitalization and IV medication, Healthy Paws Pet Insurance has been reliable and timely in processing his claims. I usually receive a reimbursement check within 7 days of submitting a claim. In fact a claim I submitted the Sunday after Thanksgiving was processed that very day and the reimbursement check arrived three days later. It is stressful enough to have an injured/sick pet without worrying how to pay the vet bills. Healthy Paws has enabled me to seek the best care possible because of the coverage it offers and diligence in processing claims.

The best pet insurance and great customer service

I have had healthy paws insurance for a little over four years now on my cocker spaniel Rosie. She had cataract surgery and implant in both eyes. In the last year she developed glaucoma in the right eye which could not be controlled by medications. She recently had to have the right eye removed, which was a very tough decision and broke my heart. She loves being outside and watching birds. Healthy paws has been there thru it all and emailed me to check on her after surgery. Plus anytime they email me they always say they hope Rosie is doing okay. They have great customer service and always answer my questions and seem to really care. I highly recommend them.

Smartest Decision Ever!

We are thrilled with Caitlin's Healthypaws insurance. She is just 2 years old but has already had major surgery and an illness requiring ICU admission. The bills would have incapacitated us but with the low deductible and high percentage of payment from Healthypaws, our share was small compared to the total cost. I think the smartest decision we ever made (besides adopting Caitlin) was insuring her at Healthypaws!

Healthypaws insurance review

When I got my french bull dog ricki Bobbie my vet recommended I get healthypaws pet insurance. It's been one of the best things I've done! We live in a rural area and at 9 months she got fox tails in her ear and had to have them surgically removed. The covered 80%. Then at 18 months we where moving railroad ties in the yard and one fell on rickis foot. It was horrible. The first emergency visit was over $1000 and every week we have gone back. Then she had to have surgery for about another $3000. They covered almost 90% of everything. It's made a huge difference and I recommend healthy paws to everyone!

My first claim with Healthy Paws

I adopted Ella in 2007 and purchased insurance through another company and discovered very little was covered but thankfully I did not have any claims. Two years ago I switched to Healthy Paws (at my son's suggestion) and my poor Ella tore her ACL last month. Submitting the claim was so easy and I appreciate how quickly Ella's paperwork was processed. It is stressful to take care of an injured pet so I grateful Healthy Paws claims process is stress free. I was so impressed that I received an email from Healthy Paws inquiring after Ella and her recovery. Wow! I wish my own health insurance responded as quickly!
