Thank you Healthy Paws

I recently rescued a kitten and purchased the insurance because of the horror stories I had heard from my friends who have had huge vet bills in the past with no insurance. I have my kitten less then 2 months and when I took her to the vet for her final round of shots they discovered a heart murmur. The tests will be over $700 dollars and then depending on the results possible further action will be needed. I contacted Healthy Paws immediately. I had only made one payment to them for Sweety although I have my other pet covered for 18 months. They got back to me immediately and told me the tests are covered as well as whatever she needs next. I cannot be happier and would highly recommend them. Do yourself a favor and purchase your insurance from this highly reputable company. I could not be happier I purchased the insurance from them.

Terrible Would not Recommend

I have been paying for insurance for my two cats and one dog. Over $100 per month for over 6 months. My first claim for my cat was denied for about $300 because I was not able to locate any previous vet history on my cat from his previous owner who passed away. They flat our wont cover any of it. Not worth the $600 I already put in for coverage. Pretty upsetting!

Thank you Haelthy Paws

I recently rescued a kitten who has quickly become the love of my life. I have had her for less then 2 months. I had purchased the pet insurance for my first rescue cat but never had to use it but as a precaution purchased it as well for Sweety. I had heard horror stories from multiple friends who had vet bills of over $10,000 from unexpected things that had happened to their pets. I brought Sweety to the vet for the final rounds of shots yesterday and they discovered a heart murmur. The tests alone are over $700 and not sure what will happen after the results but I contacted Healthy Paws immediately after leaving the vet and they are covering the tests and whatever is needed after. I took the $100 deductible and 90% plan. Thank you Healthy Paws you are making it possible for Sweety to get the best treatment possible.

Highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance.

Our Golden Retriever puppy had double elbow surgery in November and had complications that required her to be hospitalized twice after the surgery. Healthy Paws covered the diagnostics, surgery and follow up care which was thousands of dollars in expenses. I highly recommend Healthy Paws as I have heard many stories from friends and colleagues who have paid for pet insurance for years only to have them refuse to pay when their pet needs treatment.

Healthy Paws is fantastic!!

I am so grateful for Healthy Paws!! My dog tore her ACL and needed to have a very expensive surgery. Thankfully we had Healthy Paws pet insurance and a large portion of the procedure was covered. As a person who will do whatever it takes for my fur babies, it is such a relief to have this assistance. Additionally, Healthy Paws is excellent to work. Their customer service is top notch. All of the representatives I've talked with over the phone have been very helpful and kind. After my dog had her knee surgery, a rep emailed me to see how she was feeling- how thoughtful! Also, Healthy Paws could not be easier to use. Claims are extremely easy with their app- just upload a picture of the invoice and you're done. A few days later, you get an email letting you know your claim is being processed. A few days after that, you're check is in the mail. I would highly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone!
