Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is the best!

We were very pleased with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance on our recent claim with them. In February we adopted two female pups, mixed breed sisters, at 3 months old and with high medical costs from previous dogs we owned, we decided to get insurance for them. The claim we had came about a month and a half after getting the insurance policy when one of the sisters tore up a corner of her kennel pad and ate a piece of foam and it lodged in the bottom end of her stomach. Since it was to large to pass thru into the intestines it caused a dire situation which required surgery to remove the foam. After two days at the hospital we got Darby back home. I compiled the required forms that is requested per the contract with Healthy Paws and sent them by mail. We received their check, less the contract deductible and 20%, within 10 days. It was an expensive accident and would have been more of a hardship on a retiree pension without this great insurance company coverage.

God bless HEALTHY PAWS!

I rescued my dog Lucy from a shelter over 2 years ago. Sadly Lucy got extremely ill recently and she passed away. Whatever peace I found was because I was able to give her the best of care because of our HEALTHY PAWS insurance policy. HEALTHY PAWS was beyond my highest expectations. They were absolutely wonderful even arranging for payments on future costs. The coverage was fantastic and the customer service reps were fabulous. They even sent a personal hand signed condolence card after Lucy passed. I am in sales and the worst skeptic. And without question HEALTHY PAWS is probably the best company I have experienced in many years. I cannot thank them enough, and I CANNOT sing their praises enough! God bless them.

Wonderful coverage and excellent service

We love Healthy Paws. Our puppy was diagnosed with a liver shunt at 6 months old. He just had the surgery to repair and Healthy Paws processed the claims so fast and covered 80%. Our puppy is now active and Healthy Paws made it all possible. They are fast, easy to deal with and excellent customer service.

Amazing coverage

Subject: Re: Checking on Duke I can't thank Healthy Paws enough for not only your kindness and care of checking up on our puppy Duke but also for the ease healthy paws brought us in this difficult time. When I first got the insurance my husband was very skeptical and thought it would be a waste of money. Boy was he wrong!! Within the first couple of weeks my puppy ate a pair of socks that we had to bring him into the vet for as an emergency visit. One day later he broke his leg! My husband was still skeptical that the insurance would cover any of this. Within a short time of submitting the claim I received two confirmation emails from Healthy Paws that they were covering both incidents without a single problem or question! Thank you Health Paws for not only making this time much more bearable but for also looking out for Duke!
