This was by far the best decision our family ever made selecting Health Paws Pet Insurance Company. They have been a financial life-savor for us. It also enabled us to get our dog the best possible medical care available. In addition to the financial aspect, great customer service is important. We have found that the staff at Health Paws actually cares about our dog. They are the nicest, most professional and supportive people to deal with. Securing pet insurance and especially selecting Health Paws was a very smart decision and we recommend this company to our family and friends. Thanks Health Paws for being there when we needed you!

HealthyPaws insurance has been wonderful to our furry family. My Charlie had major leg surgery (front right elbow due to dysplasia) and is currently undergoing a six week recovery. I submitted the claims paperwork for 3 separate claims the same day as his surgery and have already received 3 separate reimbursement checks from HealthyPaws. They have been wonderful regarding communication regarding my baby (a GSD) and have inquired as to his recovery. I feel like everyone I have talked with at the company and extremely caring and very interested in my pets well being. I highly recommend HealthyPaws to anyone looking for pet insurance - one of the best investments we ever made for our babies.

Our one year old chocolate lab Bruno was diagnosed with knee dysplasia and needed arthroscopic surgery. Fortunately ,I purchased Healthy Paws pet insurance when he was a puppy. The surgery was very expensive and Healthy Paws reimbursed a large portion of the diagnostic tests, surgery and medications. It was easy to submit bills and we had a reimbursement check from Healthy Paws within a week. I would highly recommend Healthy Paws. Bruno is now on the road to recovery.

I've been using Healthy Paws for my dog's Insurance for the last 2 years and they are AMAZING to work with. They are incredibly responsive, accessible, and friendly. Their claim submission, communication, updates, and processing workflow is stellar. If I could find a 'human' Insurance company like Healthy Paws, I'd switch over instantly. That's no joke! Compared to the last Pet Insurance company we had used for another pet, HP is a total 180 degrees different. I no longer dread submitting claims, fearing that they're being sent into a black hole. HP's online submission process is incredibly efficient and they even process claims on the weekends! I'm obviously a huge fan and thrilled to have found a company that understands customer service.
