They will not pay your claim
Please do not use this insurance as it keeps on denying insurance coverage that's not wellness. The bad experience I have: 1. it takes them 24-48 hours to deny your case. 2. it takes them 7-10 business days to review your resubmitted case. 3. they will deny your case and give you a reason that's not even true.
They deny my insurance claim twice for the the reasons: 1. unpaid invoice (which is not even true, the vet gave me aN invoice and I already paid) and I did not know they decline it based on this reason until I called try to cancel this useless insurance. I was told by a nice rep to resubmit the claim. I resubmit the claim on FEB 26th, 2024 and after nearly 10 day waiting and got a denial says I have not met the waiting period. I called again and rep told me I did meEt the 15 DAYS waiting period because I bought the insurance on 10.7.23 and my claim was on 1.18.24. I still get denied and at this point. Today is Mar 7, 2024, I fill an appeal and I just want to cancel my insurance because it's no good but headache and time wasted to file claim again and again. my hope is not high that they will do anything about it. but it's definitely not worth so much time invested on filing a claim. I'm losing regardless if they paid my $194 bill.

so not only the reps did not know why they decline me, now the rep emailed me and telling me that it's because my pet did not have enrollment exam or medial records. they issued the policy for me without telling me that it is needed or what I sent initially from breeder (shots and dewormers and such) wasn't considered "the medical record" they should refund me all the money I had paid for the policy if I'm not even qualified to file any claim to begin with!
