HORRIBLE!!!!!!

I'll just sum up my review to your staff in no way being trained properly. I had an existing policy with you, was looking to up my policy to get my dog complete coverage, called and made all the changes, asked my old policy to not cancel until my new policy was in effect. I was "PROMISED" because I already had an existing policy and was only making changes, that my entire new policy would be in effect the day after I made the change. I had to ask the rep a good 10 times if this was true as I already had an appt scheduled for my dog for a check-up and WOULD NOT HAVE CHANGED MY POLICY IF THIS WAS NOT TRUE, your rep again assured me up and down that I would be fine, and my dog would be fully covered the next day. Took her for her appt days later, vet found a lump- turns out its cancer, found out after the appt that her coverage actually would not start for 2 weeks so my dog had absolutely no insurance for that appt, not even the original policy I had, and to top it all off, now because we thought we were covered and went to the vet, the cancer my dog was just diagnosed with is now a pre-existing condition. TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!!!!

Towbz has insurance! Bark Bark Hurray!

I landscaped my buddy’s yard. He was kind enough to purchase one year of pet insurance for my little BObo named Towbee. World’s cutest dog runner up ! He thinks he can scale any dangerous mountains now that he knows he is covered if he has a accident. My buddy sells business insurance and I’m grateful he thought of me and my best friend. My little doggie was attacked by a big mean rot mix. The cost of getting him medicated and stitched up was very expensive. I plan on continuing my pets coverage after this first year.

If you love your pet, sign up!

My dog has had a spate of bad luck recently, including surgery and urgent care. Hartville made claiming these incidents painless for me, and they reimburse very quickly once they have all of the required documentation. It's totally worth the monthly payments to know that if anything happens to either of my dogs, I don't have to worry as much about the cost of the vet bill, which is so important in getting them the care that they need.

Everyone should have Hartville for their pets

So glad I insured my three cats with Hartville , it gives me peace of mind to know I can give them the care the need without financial hardship, I recently sent one of my babies over the rainbow bridge, it made me realize after burdensome medical bills totaling over 25,000 how important having insurance for my pets is, I urge everyone to insure their pets, and I always recommend Hartville due to my wonderful experience with them .
