Love being able to check the status of my claim online. Easy to do business with.
After my Mini Schnauzer was attacked by two German Shepherds I didnt want to do is have to worry about how I was going to pay for her vet bills. While I still had to pay for everything up front and maxed out in credit, I was able to easily submit my claims and provide my banking information. By the time the credit bills rolled in the claim had already been paid (minus all the stuff they manage to say is not-covered) and I was able to pay most of the credit used.
Being able to submit the claim so easily, check the status on line, and receive the information in a reasonable amount of time was so beneficial.
My little girl is back to normal again!
