I had a problem submitting a claim
I had a problem submitting a claim, and it told me to call. I called and they said to leave a message and they would get back to me. They did not. And it’s not the first time where they’ve asked you to leave a message and they don’t call you back. Submitting claims is confusing and it doesn’t give you full information.
I received a reply on this site about calling them. I called. I got put on hold for at least 10 minutes so I hung up. I called back. I got an explanation on my benefits however, I did not get an explanation as to why no one ever calls back. The excuse was there was a holiday. That was only one of the four days. I have another call into them right now to speak to a supervisor. They need to make changes to their customer service.
