Good CS and claim turnaround. Premium increase notice and new claims system could be improved.
Am very, very happy with the quality of customer service and the quick turnaround on claims! However, here are a couple of things that could be improved: 1) My monthly premium went up 18% but I was not notified except for a general email about rates possibly going up depending on your state. Found out when I received a debit notice from my bank; and 2) The changes to the website for filing claims does not work as well as the old one. I could not get it to highlight so I could sign a claim and had to call for help.
