They’re the only pet insurance company to offer up to 100% reimbursement, so big vet bills won’t break the bank. Figo customers have exclusive access to the Figo Pet Cloud app, including features like a 24/7 Virtual Vet and easy mobile claim filing. No pet insurance company covers pre-existing conditions, but Figo is the only one who will help you identify those conditions at the start of your policy. If you don’t think you’ll get value out of pet insurance after your initial review, just cancel within 30 days of signing up to get your money back.

Love Figo!

I have had nothing but a good experience so far! I do a lot of research when it comes to making decisions and I'm so happy that I chose Figo. Their customer service has been amazing! They even sent my dog a get well card when we found out she was sick and eventually had cancer. Their pet cloud is very easy to use and I love how everything is just right there when you need it and it's so easy to submit a claim! If you are looking for a good insurance, choose figo!

Excellent Customer Care

The customer service at Figo is top notch! They go above and beyond to provide an exceptional customer experience for both the pet parent and the pet. Using the pet cloud is a breeze and submitting a claim is so simple and user friendly. To top things off, they even send get well cards to your pet and follow up with an email and phone call. I'd recommend to Figo to anyone!

Read The Fine Print

Surprised by all the 5-Star reviews. After hearing rave reviews of FIGO, I purchased a policy for a puppy we rescued and was informed waiting periods would be waved for enrolling via their partnership with the shelter we adopted from. Sadly, they did not honor their commitment to waive any of the waiting periods. Would not recommend FIGO to anyone.

five star pet insurance

I'd never purchased a pet insurance policy before, but after my dog had knee surgery I realized the importance of coverage. The insurance is affordable and the customer service representatives are extremely communicative and helpful. Claims are simple to file and website is easy to navigate. I've recommended FIGO to numerous friends and relatives. I love that they send my pet a get well card after she's seen the vet too. What a special touch :-)

Above and beyond!

Lauren is such a great costumer service representative for Figo and makes me feel so much better about my pups care. She is always available, and though it's her job, she's always so cheerful and helpful! We had an issue with our claim and she sorted it out promptly. Thanks Figo!

Monthly Cost

$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.

Age Limits

Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.

Waiting Period

1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)

Exclusions

Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences We now have a wellness option We have a diminishing deductible Copay & deductible waived for emergency life-saving treatment (in the case of an accident, not illness)
