Figo is simple and affordable! After spending a fortune on my last Dane, I insured my baby Ajax as soon as I got him. Figo beat other pet insurance quotes by almost half. Pretty incredible! My great dane even got a discount for being a rescue. Customer service was superb and was excellent answering all my questions. Figo really makes the whole claims process so simple and paperless. So affordable as well! I really love Figo because is it is one annual deductible, not a deductible per condition like all the others. The whole user experience was exceptional! Thank you Figo for insuring my big baby, Ajax!

Amazing

I spoke with Katie on the phone 3+ times while trying to decide on a pet insurance plan and company. She was very very patient as I asked her tons and tons of questions and she answered all of them, providing reassurance that Figo would have my dog's best interests put first.

Figo: Simply awesome!

Our vet recommended purchasing pet insurance for our Newfoundland puppy Togiak. As a first-time pet insurance shopper, I chose Figo because of the user-friendly format, straight forward plans to choose from, & easily understood verbiage. The initial purchasing experience was very simple & seemed to offer competitive fees. When the time came to file a claim, that too was extremely easy & efficient. Photos of receipts & invoices for care were easily uploaded along with the claim. Samantha Hall responded to all my email questions very quickly. We received our reimbursement check in a timely matter - about 2 weeks later! Figo Pet Insurance is a pleasure to work with, and I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Monthly Cost

$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.

Age Limits

Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.

Waiting Period

1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)

Exclusions

Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences We now have a wellness option We have a diminishing deductible Copay & deductible waived for emergency life-saving treatment (in the case of an accident, not illness)
