Figo | Pet Insurance Review

I just insured my second puppy with Figo. OF all the insurance companies out there, I found Figo to be dependable, reliable, and excellent customer service. The coverage is rather extensive compared to the other pet insurance companies. The best part about Figo is value. The value is generous coverage combined with an affordable monthly premium. My first pet with Figo I just renewed, and although the monthly premium had gone up, the premium was still affordable. Also, I got a discount for signing up my second pet.. I recomment all pet parents out there to considrer FIgo.

After hours and hours of research and almost a year of coverage I thought I had found a true gem. However, Figo has just filed to increase rates in the state of NJ by 52%. That is absolutely insane that a company can double your rate with the snap of a finger and is far from customer centric. This company went from hero to zero in my book, looks elsewhere.

I wanted a pet insurance that was easy to follow that covered illnesses and accidents. Most importantly, one that is affordable with great service. I inquired and I chose Figo. Everything great so far. I filed a couples of claims and both were processed in a week. I recommend Figo to everyone

First-time experience with pet insurance. I did extensive research on all the major players and FIgo was the the most comprehensive and cost-effective product of them all. Plus, really enjoy the Pet Cloud. In July I unfortunately had to file my first claim. The process was seamless and thoroughly explained by Figo's representative, Jennifer. She was absolutely the best. I never felt rushed and she took the time to explain the claims process in a manner that was easy to understand and never made me feel "less than" since this was my first experience with pet insurance. I even asked her if Figo could reach out to my vet. He has other insurance brochures in his office, but I feel Figo would be and is the better choice for anyone wishing to obtain pet insurance. We rescued a 6 year old pitull mix. We named him Rex. I thought he might be too old to be insured but I did it anyways just in case case an unexpected accident or illness would occur. I checked 3 companies and checked reviews and price and went with Figo. Glad I did. Rex swallowed a mango pit and my kids lego blocks. The bill was outrageous but I filed the claim with Figo and within 7 days the claim was processed. Glad I chose Figo.
