Best decision I made!!
Amazing! Effortless claims, no disputes, best decision I made choosing this for our Irish wolfhound puppy. All online, scan your claim in , receive a check a few weeks later !

Ripoff!!!!
Don’t bother! They want through my 2 year old dogs vet file and denied all my claims because he had one seizure a week before I purchased this insurance. While they were explaining to me why they brought up an ear infection and UTI and said those were also pre-existing. I think this is a violation of my privacy that they went through all the dogs records. I have a right mind to contact a lawyer but I will for now just advise everyone not to purchase this insurance.

No response to my emails
I sent an email over 30 days ago and still haven't received a response. I also submitted a claim just over 30 days ago and just yesterday received an email telling me they need my adopted kittens records from before his effective date. I scanned the records that were given to me at the time of the adoption. So now none of my claims are being processed until they receive more information. I sent them another email with another questions and again, no response.
I am not satisfied with the customer service.

Refusal of claim due to their system being down/merge?!
As any pet parent knows, these are our children, not pets. So my husband and I signed our child up for insurance as one does. It took e-mails and a call to get an acknowledgment to our purchase and registration (this is key here). Apparently their slow tardy reply is due to a merge/migration. Our baby starting showing signs of kennel cough to the point I truly thought the next morning he was going to die in my arms at the vet. The inability to get up, shaking, the cough/honking noise followed by the white foam spit. After antibiotics and cough meds the culture showed a simple virus, not the dreaded kennel cough.
So I submit our claim with vet info, bills etc. and wait for it ... remember that down time between Figo taking our money, registration and their acknowledgment email? Well - they did not start his insurance till they chose to which means my baby was in some sort of waiting period still and not covered BY A DAY. Thank you Figo for once again proving insurance companies are only out to steal money. Our policy is cancelled and I will make sure everyone knows that you guys are worthless thieves ...
Monthly Cost
$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.
Coverage
You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.
Deductible
$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.
Age Limits
Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.
Waiting Period
1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)
Exclusions
Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months
Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences
