They’re the only pet insurance company to offer up to 100% reimbursement, so big vet bills won’t break the bank. Figo customers have exclusive access to the Figo Pet Cloud app, including features like a 24/7 Virtual Vet and easy mobile claim filing. No pet insurance company covers pre-existing conditions, but Figo is the only one who will help you identify those conditions at the start of your policy. If you don’t think you’ll get value out of pet insurance after your initial review, just cancel within 30 days of signing up to get your money back.

So you are probably thinking that pet insurance is a dime a dozen...

So you are probably thinking that pet insurance is the same no matter who you use. That is not the case with Figo. The PetCloud app is amazing! Being able to manage my dog's life and insurance from one place is amazing. Not to mention the reminders and the ability to find a dog friendly restaurant. My favorite part though is the speed at which claims are handled. I can upload the documents right from the vets office and have my claim paid within a day or two. No more waiting for a check through snail mail or weeks/months for claims to be handled. Super quick and easy, just the way insurance should be! Thanks Figo!

My dog would not be able to get the…

My dog would not be able to get the medical care that he needs if it weren't for figo insurance. The staff is great. Alex was so supportive and wonderful Liz helped make our claims get paid faster. This insurance is a must for any dog owner Thank you!!!!!

10/10 highly recommend

This has been the first time I filed a claim and I cannot believe how easy it was! I received a few notifications that it may take upwards of 2 weeks or so to finalize my claim, and it was done and reimbursed in just a week. I am thrilled with how simple and fast everything went, and I have already recommended Figo to anyone who will listen!

Monthly Cost

$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.

Age Limits

Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.

Waiting Period

1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)

Exclusions

Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences We now have a wellness option We have a diminishing deductible Copay & deductible waived for emergency life-saving treatment (in the case of an accident, not illness)
