Most excellent pet insurance I know!!! Love em, you must check it out!!

Everyone at FIGO is so friendly, they know their job so well and how to direct you on what to send in or how to file a claim...all the tabs on their website are easy to understand for those like myself who are not as computer intelligent...They just recently processed a claim I had to file and paid it, closed the case in ONE DAY! I could not believe it! I know they get busy and they tell you up front they try to get claims done asap but it could take two weeks..well, 2 weeks is NOT long and they surpassed that by a long shot this time ! I am so happy with them, the costs are low and service is excellent!!!

My puppy has been undergoing a lot of tests over the past 2 months and each bill was well over $700. The quick claims turn around eased me and caused zero stress for me. I can't thank the team enough for helping me worry a little less while going through all of this.

Figo is absolutely amazing!

Figo has been amazing. Each claim is processed quickly and three have been processed within one day. There customer service is exceptional. I am so grateful I purchased pet insurance through Figo for me dog. I would recommend them to everyone!

Claims are very easy to submit

Claims are very easy to submit. The first one took a long time to process (about a month), but subsequent claims have been approved in around 24hrs. The only thing keeping me from rating 5 stars is a way to track the progress of a claim, which they've said they're working on.

Monthly Cost

$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.

Age Limits

Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.

Waiting Period

1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)

Exclusions

Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences We now have a wellness option We have a diminishing deductible Copay & deductible waived for emergency life-saving treatment (in the case of an accident, not illness)
