Getting better
The customer experience has recently improved but it was a rough last twelve months or so with very delayed claims, changes to process with no notice, and a subpar website. Also, at my last renewal, the premiums SKYROCKETED with little to no reasoning. My deductible also doubled. The past couple months have been much better so hoping there were organizational lessons learned. Will hang in there for a bit longer as the coverage is good.
