FIGO's claims process is unbeatable

FIGO's claims process is unbeatable. I've submitted three claims and have been refunded within 2-3 days after submitting. I receive a very easy to understand explanation of benefits and love that everything is online in the portal. I can't recommend FIGO to all other pet parents enough. Truly have saved me so much money and so much time. I never have to stress more than I have to when I'm taking my dog to the vet thanks to FIGO.

Claims approved same day

I have been with Figo for a year now. I recently filed two claims that were continued approved treatment. The claims were processed and completed the same day I submitted them. This is a far improvement from a few month ago. Way to go Figo and keep up with the great improvements you are making.

Overall great coverage

I have had some difficulty with the website such as submitting documents and changing passwords, otherwise I feel the response to my concerns are quick and efficient. It does take some time to receive refunds as well.

Monthly Cost

$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.

Age Limits

Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.

Waiting Period

1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)

Exclusions

Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences We now have a wellness option We have a diminishing deductible Copay & deductible waived for emergency life-saving treatment (in the case of an accident, not illness)
