They’re the only pet insurance company to offer up to 100% reimbursement, so big vet bills won’t break the bank. Figo customers have exclusive access to the Figo Pet Cloud app, including features like a 24/7 Virtual Vet and easy mobile claim filing. No pet insurance company covers pre-existing conditions, but Figo is the only one who will help you identify those conditions at the start of your policy. If you don’t think you’ll get value out of pet insurance after your initial review, just cancel within 30 days of signing up to get your money back.

Best coverage I have found for my 3 dogs

Claims paid quickly. Several plan options and offers multiple pet discount. Increase a bit high at renewal, but it is expected as my dogs have had several claims. The app works great--I just take a picture of my vet bill and upload it to the app when I need to file a claim. Love being able to access everything via the app. I appreciate the dog tags and water bowls they send with new policy enrollment. Best coverage and overall cost for all 3 of my fur babies.

My family is grateful to Figo! You saved us!

My family is grateful to Figo for the excellent and timely service we have always received in putting our claims through. Emergency veterinary care for our adventurous puppy could have destabilized our finances this year. He has had several costly emergencies. Having Figo insurance gave us the confidence that we could provide the care to our puppy when he really needed it the most. Wish my own health insurance was so well priced and easy to use!

1st time FIGO

Figo has been great. There was a delay in payments for a while but company was open and honest. Have see great improvement in payment times. 1 year renewal rate went up 86%. UGH! Website and app are GREAT.

Having been with several insurance carriers, I can wholeheartedly recommend FIGO. Prompt payment on all claims (sometimes same day), excellent customer service, and no hassles yields an outstanding company to do business with.

So far Figo has been timely in…

So far Figo has been timely in responding, and has paid the claims it is supposed to have paid. This is our first pet insurance policy, and at least to date, we are quite satisfied. Will update as we go, but right now we would whole-heartedly recommend Figo.

Monthly Cost

$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.

Age Limits

Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.

Waiting Period

1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)

Exclusions

Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences We now have a wellness option We have a diminishing deductible Copay & deductible waived for emergency life-saving treatment (in the case of an accident, not illness)
