HUGE RENEWAL INCREASE
We’ve had them for a year for 3 pets (2 dogs and 1 cat). Submitted a few claims but never enough to exceed the deductible. We paid $104 each month (all 3 pets) with a 90% reimbursement on the dogs and a $200 deductible and 70% reimbursement on our cat with a $500 deductible. When renewal time came they DOUBLED our premiums for each pet AND DECREASED the percentage they would reimburse AND INCREASED the deductible. So essentially they wanted us to pay double with worse service. It may be understandable if we filed some substantial claims on all the pets but we didn’t. I may even be able to tolerate a moderate increase but the fact that they were going to DOUBLE our premiums on HEALTHY pets and REDUCE the amount of benefits to them is despicable! When we called all they said was they couldn’t do anything and did you look at the renewal options.. yes. Why do you think we called about the renewal?! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give them a 0 I would.
