There when you need it!
Honestly, I have become some sort of pet insurance evangelist after my recent experience. Prior to adopting my two cats (as kittens) in 2017, I did my research on pet insurance and went with Figo. I enrolled them the day I brought them home. Fast forward to September 2018 and my boy cat suddenly had a urethra obstruction which could only be resolved with surgery. It was very stressful and completely unexpected. I made many calls, emails, and texts to Figo during this time. There was a system glitch that had made it look like my policy was not up to date. Everyone I interacted with was kind, understanding and helpful. Figo has absolutely been worth every penny paid in premium. I don’t know what I would have done without it. Submitting claims is a breeze with the mobile app.
