FIGO for my cats
I have had FIGO for a little over a year - and have had to submit claims on several occasions for my two cats. Early on, FIGO was undergoing some reorganization and claims were a bit slow. There was also a mixup about a preexisting condition for one of my cats. HOWEVER - FIGO was very understanding and gave me the benefit of the doubt. In the past two months, I had a couple of fairly large claims. To my pleasant surprise, FIGO processed and paid in less than 4 days! Very impressive!
