A need for our furry family members Other than one disappointing rep everyone else has been stellar and lovely. They genuinely care about our pets and make the claim process as simple and transparent as possible. They have helped me saved my little brother (Coco) and I will always be thankful to FIGO.

I can honestly say without reservation that FIGO was the most important decision I made when we welcomed our two Yorkie puppies into our family. We elected 100% coverage (an option not offered by most of not all of their competitors) for Cody and Lola. Throughout their first year as puppies they got into all types of trouble eating things they shouldn’t have and visits to the vet became more frequent than we’d like. Every time we could get the treatment our pups needed without fear of not being able to afford the vet care. This past year we were devastated to find out Cody had a liver condition that would shorten and eventually take his life. To get this news about our 2 year old baby was indescribable. We did our research and found that Animal Medical Center was the best place to go for the surgery Cody required. All in through the diagnostic tests, MRIs, CT scans, ICU stay and surgery the cost was to be over $10,000. Because of our FIGO coverage we could get the best care Cody needed and give him a fighting chance. I contacted FIGO and explained the situation and not only did they give us the confidence and pre-approval that the surgery would be covered they genuinely cared. Mackenzie at FIGO followed up frequently checking on Cody and wishing him well. FIGO also paid the claim a few days after Cody’s surgery I can report that 2 weeks post-op Cody is almost fully recovered and will now live a full and healthy life. We owe our Cody’s life to the surgeons at AMC and without our FIGO coverage we would not have been able to save our puppy without financial hardship. Thank you FIGO. We will be lifelong loyal customers.

Highly recommend FIGO. Such a better value than the insurance that AKC gives you for your puppy’s first 30 days. I shopped around and checked reviews and I’m so glad I went with FIGO. They were there for me when our dog needed diagnostics, great honest company that stood by us. Do yourself a favor and insure your pet with FIGO.
