Vet Visits Made Easier with Figo!

2019 has been a bit rocky for our Corgi, Waffles. He kicked off the year with an ear infection and shortly thereafter, sprained his back right leg. Needless to say, we've been in and out of the vet more than we'd ever hoped for-- and the cost of all the meds, x-rays, and exams had us worried-- until we processed our first claim with Figo. The process couldn't have been easier (truly takes 2 minutes) and all of our claims have been reviewed and fulfilled within a day or two. Thank goodness we enrolled!

Biggest scam

Biggest scam I put Figo on my puppy paid extra to cover vet visits I filed three separate claims and all were denied they did everything they could to not pay out my advice save your money and find a better insurance company

I love Figo. Great agents and quick reimbursement.

I love being able to have access to all of my dogs vets paperwork. If you're traveling and you need to go to an emergency vet somewhere you have everything you know what treatment they have you can show the vet everything that's happened with your dog. Their agents are very friendly and helpful. And reimbursement come so quickly! I filed a claim and a few hours later I saw it was going to be paid. They keep you informed every step of the way. I'll never have another dog without FICO. Lost pet feature is also a good idea, you get a tag from Figo and if someone finds your dog they can look up the information and your dog can be returned to you, it's an extra level of security.

Excellent!! Highly recommend!!

I have used Figo insurance for almost a year and, with two rambunctious dachshund, I have had the opportunity to file more than a few claims! Figo insurance staff is always very responsive, very informative, and very helpful in responding to my claims! I highly recommend them!

Making a bad situation better

My dog was viciously attacked by a neighborhood dog, suffering a severe laceration to his left neck area and puncture wounds on his left ear. He ended up requiring surgery, having a drain placed, and sutures placed. He still has quite a bit of recovery to do, and his previously active lifestyle has been hampered quite a bit. However, Figo was able to settle my claim within a few hours of it being lodged. It certainly helped to put my mind at ease that at least the financial portion of this ordeal was taken care of. Figo provides great coverage and excellent customer service. I have already recommended them to my friends and coworkers.

Monthly Cost

$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.

Age Limits

Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.

Waiting Period

1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)

Exclusions

Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences We now have a wellness option We have a diminishing deductible Copay & deductible waived for emergency life-saving treatment (in the case of an accident, not illness)
