No pet insurance company covers pre-existing conditions, but Figo is the only one who will help you identify those conditions at the start of your policy. If you don’t think you’ll get value out of pet insurance after your initial review, just cancel within 30 days of signing up to get your money back.

Very happy with the service we've received from Figo! :) Such a relief to know the vet bills after our dog's accident were covered! The customer service team is excellent and warm! Totally recommend taking out insurance with them to protect yourself from the financial stress that can comes unfortunate accidents. Thanks Figo!
P.S - My biggest tip is to make sure you can provide all documentation from the vets, including previous medical history! and know that it only covers accidents/new illnesses!

FIGO has been incredibly straight-forward and easy to use, while saving us a ton of money on vet bills.
We absolutely love FIGO. It is incredibly easy to use, very straight forward, and claims are settled very quickly. They have allowed us the comfort of knowing that we can take our dog to the vet whenever we think any little thing wrong is wrong, without worrying about the cost.

Monthly Cost
$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.
Coverage
You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.
Deductible
$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.
Age Limits
Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.
Waiting Period
1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)
Exclusions
Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months
Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences
